Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@kmonicosmetics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation 

You can cancel your order anytime. However, if you're a new customer who hasn't completed a purchase yet (from order placed to delivery) and you cancel three times in a row during processing, we won't be able to accept any more orders from you.  This is to help process orders efficiently and to prevent fraud and chargebacks.
